How does

Can every member of
my family have their own account?
Yes. Of course, each individual must be at
least 13 years of age to join and must
live in one of our supported locations.
Each member must personally operate the
individual account, and only the
registered user may access the account.
You cannot combine QuiXbuX$® from separate
accounts. Also, users who share a computer
should remove their Member
ID when they leave the QuiXshare Web site
and they must then refresh their Member ID
each time they log on. Otherwise,
someone else could be earning QuiXbuX$® for
the last member that used that computer!

What is a Member ID?
Our server automatically recognizes you by
your Member ID--sometimes called a
cookie. Your Member ID ensures that you,
and only you can access your account and
that all QuiXbuX$® you earn are credited to
the correct account.

do I activate my Visa Q Card account?
When you signed up for QuiXshare we sent
you an email, telephone call, asking you to activate your
membership. To activate your account and
become a member, simply click the link
provided in the email we sent you, or
return our phone call message. NOTE:
Up to 24 hours following your response,
you may continue to see messages on the
QuiXshare Web site asking you to activate your
account, or you may receive another phone
call.
You must activate your account within 30
days of signup to ensure that you can
spend any QuiXbuX$®
or Cash you have earned.
If you did not receive our email or phone
call that we sent you,
please contact
QuiXshare Member Services and we will send you
another email or phone call, that allows you to activate your
account. NOTE: When contacting
QuiXshare's Member Services, be sure to use the
email address or phone number you entered when you signed
up for the QuiXshare Rewards Program so we can
locate your account.

How do I earn
QuiXbuX$ for reading emails?
With QuiXshare QuiXMail, you get QuiXbuX$®
just for reading our emails and following
the appropriate links. You can earn even
more QuiXbuX$® if you decide to take
advantage of an offer (please read each
offer carefully, as the terms vary). To
receive QuiXbuX$® for reading
QuiXshare QuiXMail, simply click on the
"Yes," "No" or
"Show Me" button (or the
appropriate links for text-formatted
offers) at the bottom of the message and
your QuiXbuX$® will be credited to your
account within 48 hours.

Can I receive
emails with graphics, color and pictures
(HTML-formatted)?
We encourage you to update your email
format to HTML so you can receive
graphically enhanced messages and offers.
If your email reader has a setting that
allows you to receive HTML-enabled email,
you should select it. Then go to Update
Account Info and select the
HTML-enabled option. Most email reader
software allows you to receive HTML email,
however if you are unsure whether your
software supports this consult your online
help.
(AOL does not currently
support HTML email.)

I selected HTML but
my email program does not support
HTML-formatted email. What can I do?
The quickest way to change the offers from
HTML to text format is to click on Update
Account Info under Member Services at
http://www.quixshare.com. You will need to
enter your user login and your password.
Scroll down to (Preferences) and select
(text) under (Email Format). You may
continue to receive a few messages that
have already been lined up before your
request was processed, but no new HTML
messages will be created for your account.

Can I limit the
number of email offers I receive?
Yes. You can select whether or not to
receive QuiXMail (email) offers by
visiting the Update
Account Info area and updating your
email volume level. It may take up to 72
hours for change to take effect, as
messages may already be lined up for you
before your request was processed.

Can I bookmark
pages on the QuiXshare® Website?
You may bookmark your Member's Home page.
From here, you can access the entire site,
including Earn QuiXbuX$®,
Redeem QuiXbuX$®,
Account Statement, Member Services and
more! The Member's Home page is where we
let you know about exciting new happenings
with our Rewards Program. Since we create all of
our pages dynamically each time you visit
them, bookmarking pages other than the
Member's Home page may result in error
messages and/or incorrect information.
Please do not attempt to bookmark actual
offers.

What do I do if
I forget my login information such as my
password or user name?
Simply visit Login
Questions and Problems, confirm your
identity and we'll email you your missing
information. You'll need to supply us with
your registered email address and either
your user name or your password for us to
email you the missing piece. You should
keep a separate record of your login info
for your reference.

What if I want to
change my email address or other personal
contact information?
You may change your personal contact
information visiting the Update
Account Info page. NOTE: If you
change your email address, your account
will become temporarily suspended. Upon
changing your email address, we will send
you a verification email confirming the
new address. To reactivate your account,
simply click the link provided in the
email. If you don't have the email we sent
you, please email
Member Services for assistance.

What if I change
computers or web browsers?
All you need to do is log onto the Web
site at www.quixshare.com and click on
(Members Sign In Here). Next, enter your
user name and password and your Member ID will automatically be set. (Your Member
ID identifies you as a member and ensures
that your QuiXbuX$® are credited correctly to
your account.) Also, be sure to remove
your Member ID from your old computer by clicking
on the appropriate link.
To make sure your browser settings are
optimized for QuiXshare, visit our Browser
Settings information.

How do I refresh
my Member ID?
The Member ID is a security feature that
gives each member exclusive account
access. To refresh your Member ID, please
do the following:
1. Go to: http://www.quixshare.com
2. Click on the Member ID link that
appears under Member Services on the
QuiXshare's navigation bar.
3. Log in using your user name and
password.
4. Click on Refresh Member ID to
reactivate the ID.
If your Member ID is active, you should
see your name in the upper right-hand
corner and you should be able to access
all links in the navigation bar on the
left-hand side of the page. Once your
Member ID is active, you can begin using
the site to earn QuiXbuX$® and view your
account balance.

What do I do if I
think my QuiXbuX$ and Cash balance is incorrect?
If you believe there are any inaccuracies
in your QuiXbuX$®
and Cash balance please submit any or
all of the following pieces of relevant
information to
memberservices@quixshare.com:
- Confirmation email from the merchant
- A copy of the QuiXshare QuiXMail
message (or your reply) in question
- Account or membership number for the
service you joined
- User name/User ID for the service
you joined
- Receipt for your purchase
- Any other information or materials
we can use to confirm your transaction
Remember: it does take some time for
earned QuiXbuX$®
and cash to be reflected in your
account balance, so please check the offer
for guidance before contacting us.

other members post in chat rooms and on
message boards?
No. It is a violation of our Terms of Use to click on posted links to earn
QuiXbuX$®. Earning
QuiXbuX$® through any
channels other than the QuiXshare Web site,
QuiXMail or QuiXshare offline rewards programs
such as our loyalty Visa Q Card, may result in
the cancellation of your account and the
forfeiture of your QuiXbuX$®

online service, it can sometimes take up
to 20 business days to receive a report
from the merchant so we can post the QuiXbuX$® to your account. As always, please
read each offer carefully for specific QuiXbuX$® crediting info pertaining to the
particular offer.

How do I spend
QuiXbuX$?
Your QuiXbuX$®
are redeemed for Cash, we then deposit it
into your new Q Card account. You may
use your Q card to purchase virtually
anything you desire. Simply browse though
our list of retail partners you want to
order from, or go shopping off the
internet at their briX and mortar
stores.
NOTE: You need a minimum of 1000 QuiXbuX$® in your account
to redeem for Cash. You will earn QuiXbuX$®
with any of the merchants in the QuiXshop
Shopping Mall. We have a huge selection of
products and services from all the name
brands you love. QuiXbuX$®
are awarded based upon purchase price of
the item.(s) Purchase price does not
include sales tax, state or local tax,
shipping, handling or any other additional
charges.

How do I get my Q Card account number?
You can always get your account number by
visiting Get
Account Number in the Member Services
section of the QuiXshare Web site. This
sixteen-digit Q card number is unique to your
account.

When I look at
my account statement, I see "QuiXbuX$
available for redeeming for Cash"; "
QuiXbuX$ earned but not yet applied to
account"; and "QuiXbuX$ reserved
for pending redemptions." What does
each category represent?
"QuiXbuX$® available for
redeeming for Cash"
are QuiXbuX$® that are immediately available
for you to redeem! This function is similar
to your current checking account balance.
"QuiXbuX$® earned but not yet applied to
account" are earned QuiXbuX$® that
haven't yet been added to your account
balance (usually because they're awaiting
completion of a vesting period set by the
merchant). Not all earned QuiXbuX$® will post
here, just those specified in the offer.
Example: QuiXbuX$® you earn in the
QuiXshop Mall are typically credited to
your account within 20 business days from
the date of the purchase. Once credited,
these QuiXbuX$® will vest for 30 calendar
days before they are available to redeem
for Cash.
NOTE: You need a minimum of 1000 QuiXbuX$® in order to
redeem for Cash.

When do QuiXbuX$ expire?
Unredeemed QuiXbuX$® expire on December 31st
of the second calendar year following the
first calendar year that such QuiXbuX$® are
deemed "Available."
Example: If not redeemed, QuiXbuX$® earned in
May of 2000 will expire at the end of
December 31, 2002.

Rewards Program, will we be allowed to combine or
transfer our QuiXbuX$?
No. The QuiXshare Rewards Program is specifically
tailored to you and your interests.
Different members of your household can
have and access their own individual
account, but users may not share accounts
and QuiXbuX$® cannot be combined between
accounts.

to the QuiXshare Web site. When they
successfully enroll, we'll post the QuiXbuX$®
to your QuiXshare account the very next day.
Please note that there is a 30-day vesting
